| Description: | Perform various tasks as assigned in order to service members with loans at the Credit Union. |
| Duties: | Verify loan information, when required to do so.
Assist members with loan accounts in person, through emails and on the telephone.
Maintain new and paid loan files, when assigned.
Assist members with inquiries concerning insurance coverage, as needed.
Maintain adverse action forms database for denied loans, when assigned.
Assist Visa Credit Card Department with the processing and maintenance of Visa credit card transactions, when assigned.
Title work, consisting of locating files when Security Interest Filing Statements are received from MVA; then checking for accuracy. As payoff checks are received from insurance companies and dealers, have checks applied to accounts and send out lien releases.
Send out contact letters to members concerning titles, as needed.
When lien releases are received by other institutions due to refinances, mail proper information to MVA to perfect our lien.
Scanning of consumer loan documents, as needed.
Cross sell other Credit Union services.
All other duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: | High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of computer applications.
Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing work situations.
Must be a team player with the ability to establish effective working relationships with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Must be flexible with work hours as necessary to support MECU.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities.
