| Description: | THIS POSITION IS ONLY AVAILABLE AT OUR FALLSTAFF BRANCH LOCATED ON REISTERSTOWN ROAD.
Under supervision and in a training capacity, perform a variety of duties/services to assist members. Respond to member inquires pertaining to products and services and assist members in balancing accounts and researching account problems. |
| Qualifications: | High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum six (6) months MSR or comparable customer service experience. Some cash handling experience preferred.
�Successful completion of a series of product knowledge, service and skills test.
�Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced and challenging environment with professionalism.
�Must have experience with 10 key calculators and basic PC experience.
�Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
