| Description: | Part Time: Monday � Friday 9am � 1pm or 4:00pm-8:00pm; Saturdays 10:00am-3:00pm (Approximately 19 hours per week)
Representatives will perform outbound telemarketing functions and provide quality service to existing members and prospects by phone. The quality service provided will be accurate, efficient, and professional to consistently "delight" the member. Representatives will survey and educate members. In addition to cross-selling available products, representatives will also investigate and resolve concerns pertaining to account status, products and services.

| Qualifications: | A business related AA degree preferred and a minimum of two years tele-prospecting experience, preferably in financial services markets or equivalent combination of education and experience.
In addition to the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, an individual must:
�Have prior sales and/or outbound calling
experience
�Have customer service related experience
�Be proficient in computer use
�Be proficient in customer negotiation as is
required to prevent account closure
�Be skilled in open-ended questioning
�Have superior time management and
organizational skills
�Be proficient in Excel, Word & Access
�Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
