Call Center Representative - Lead

Description:This position is located at our Corporate office, located at 7 East Redwood Street, Baltimore, MD 21202

Full-Time: Monday � Friday Saturday- rotating (9a-3p)


Duties:With moderate supervision, projects a professional company image through telephone interactions with members. Monitors service calls to observe Team�s demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company/departmental policies. Answer questions and recommend corrective services to address member complaints. Communication and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new products information, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions. Work effectively and cooperatively with peers, management and other areas throughout the credit union for the attainment of corporate goals.

Qualifications:Associates Degree preferred; plus a minimum of 4 years Call Center experience preferred.
