| Description: | Days/Hours: PART-TIME ONLY. 19 HOURS PER WEEK.
Various Shifts Available: START TIME: 9:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m. END TIME: 1:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. Must be able to work a schedule that includes Saturday hours.
Under general supervision, projects a professional company image through telephone interactions with members. Performs outbound calling efforts and provides quality service to existing members by phone. The quality service provided will be accurate, efficient, and professional to consistently �delight� the member.
Representatives will survey and educate members. In addition to cross-selling available products, representatives will also investigate and resolve concerns pertaining to account status, products and services. Must demonstrate excellent phone and communication skills. |

Education: High School diploma and one (1) year customer service/telemarketing experience required; a minimum of eighteen (18) months Call Center experience preferred.
Additional: Be proficient in computer use, proficient in Access, Word and Excel, customer negotiation as is required to prevent account closure, skilled in open-ended questioning, superior time management and organizational skills.
